What are Chakras?
Chakras are spiritual
energy centers that are located in our body.

In Yogic traditions it is believed that these energy centers are vital to our physical, emotional, and spiritual well being.
​
When our Chakras are balanced, we will feel physically healthy, emotionally balanced, and spiritually aligned.
​
During these sessions, we will practice Yogic and other spiritual techniques
to heal and activate our Chakras.
​
I will also teach about crystals and stones that are used for each Chakra, and invite spirit guides to assist us with our healing.
